The story explores themes of family, cultural expectations, and personal growth through the relationship between a mother and her daughter. Set in contemporary Zimbabwe, my story explores Amai's struggle to find her daughter, Fungai, a husband and her resolution, despite being a Catholic, to seek the guidance of a spiritual pastor.
